For those of you who haven’t been to PAX before, the following pictures may seem a bit outlandish, and maybe even confusing. But for those who have, you know the immense excitement that builds in the city of Boston while over 60,000 people prepare themselves for the biggest gaming convention in the East.
Attendees started lining up hours before the doors opened, anxiously waiting to test out the newest video games and accessories, and tabletop games that still boast cult-like followers.
Once the masses were released, the real fun began. We got a front row seat to people’s intricate costumes and characters. Our friendly Banana came along to check it out, and made quite a few new friends!
Zip-It was truly the star of the show (for us, anyway!). It was chosen to be one of the games in the Omegathon Tournament, which was broadcast on all the big screens throughout the show. It was unquestionably the most intense and nail-biting game I’ve ever witnessed! Stay tuned for pics of the Tourno and look for our Jumbo Zip-It, in stores this summer!
