Bananagrams Copyright & Privacy Policy

This describes how Bananagrams treats personal information when you use the Bananagrams website, including information provided when you send us pictures, video or other personal details. 

While we welcome contributions from the Bananagrams game community we also respect the privacy and intellectual property of others. We ask our users and contributors to do the same.

Photos, images and stories that we choose to publish on our site remain the property of the users that posted them.  However, by agreeing to our Terms of Use and uploading materials to the Bananagrams site users confer on Bananagrams Inc, the right to use those materials for marketing and publicity purposes. In certain cases we will contact the user to confirm use of materials and any personal information.

Bananagrams cannot grant permission to use third party content. 

Copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries may protect material available on or through other websites. The terms of use of those websites, and not the Bananagrams Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.

It is Bananagrams policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to delete materials that may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Bananagrams and/or others.

Every day, people come to Bananagrams to share stories, pictures and video. We want you to feel safe when you're on Bananagrams, which is why we encourage you to let us know if photos, videos or comments on the site violate your privacy or sense of safety.

If a video, picture or story contains your personal information or other materials, including your image, name or any other details without consent, please contact us and we will address your concerns.
